It wouldn't have stopped me knowing this before I opened my business because, well, I'm good at it. Customers trust and like me because I always go the extra mile.

A saying I go by is: treat it like it's your mother's home. Let that sink in!

Our business will thrive because we care, we have the knowledge, and we want to keep you healthy and your homes or businesses structurally sound. We're not out to take all of your money and half-do any jobs!

*Asbestos: first things first, it's a naturally occurring mineral! Amazing benefits, but the bad side is it is very harmful and even deadly when contractors do an abatement job. A job they do every time.

Set up the containment, remove the asbestos using wet methods unless around electricals, clean up, HEPA vacuum, start from the top, work your way to the floor.

Then we come in, check all the surfaces, make sure nothing is missed. Then we set up our pumps, make sure they're calibrated, let them run an allotted time pertaining to the job type, then we break out the microscope! The fun part! We check for any fibers that the filter caught. When it is cleared, the abatement crew can take down the containment, ensuring clean air is left behind! It is very important to vet all the contractors and air monitoring contractors! Make sure they are reliable and they care about what they're doing!

*Mold: with mold, there are 1.5 million genera of mold spores! Mold will thrive with barely anything.

They live in moist, damp, dark, humid areas! You don't even know mold is there unless you test for it. How many times have you had a leak? Did it stay wet for more than 24-48 hrs?

If so, mold has found its way into your home. Our methods of testing are air spore traps, bio tape, and swabs. After we test and get results, we start with a plan to stop moisture from coming in and stop the humidity if possible. We will take out any damaged materials, HEPA vac and wet wipe, make sure it is dry as a bone, treat the area with our antimicrobial solutions.

Then we can do the put back like nothing ever happened!
